Nissan has announced the opening of the Heritage Cars & Safe Drive Studio, an innovative platform in the metaverse designed to educate visitors about road safety, offering a unique opportunity to interact with iconic historic vehicles.
This initiative, developed in collaboration with universities and the Traffic Safety Future Creation Lab, aligns with Nissan’s commitment to enhance road safety education through cutting-edge technology.
The studio celebrates Nissan’s 90th anniversary year, which began in December, featuring three iconic models from the brand’s past, the Silvia Q’s, the Skyline 2000GTX-E, and the Datsun Fairlady SPL213, each set in a meticulously created virtual environment that reflects its era.
These scenarios not only provide settings for photography and video opportunities, but also interactive spaces where visitors can participate in mini-games and activities that convey crucial road safety lessons.
