Immutable (IMX) has announced a collaboration with Space Nation, the largest web3 MMORPG space universe, to launch a limited-edition NFT collection known as the Immutables. According to immutable.com, the collection will include unique in-game assets integral to the Space Nation Online experience.
The Importance of the Crew in Space Nation
In Space Nation Online, the Crew represents more than just characters—they are companions, allies, and strategic assets. These members can be recruited through random encounters, trades, or even as prisoners of war after intense battles. Now, players can also include a member of Immutable’s team in their warship’s crew.
Attributes and Tiers of the Immutables
The Crew members are NFTs minted on Immutable’s zkEVM and feature distinct attributes such as rarity, personality, profession, talent, skills, and faction allegiance. They are categorized into tiers: Legendary, Epic, Rare, Uncommon, and Common, with higher tiers offering more powerful skills and talents.
As players explore the vast universe of Space Nation, their Crew members will evolve, unlocking new skills and talents that enhance their capabilities. This dynamic mirrors the relationships seen in popular culture, such as the bond between Groot, Rocket, and Star-Lord in Guardians of the Galaxy.
5,000 NFTs for Space Enthusiasts
The limited-edition NFT collection will consist of 5,000 NFTs across three tiers: Epic, Rare, and Uncommon. Each NFT will be integrated into players’ warships, enhancing their abilities and unlocking new strengths in Proof of Contribution challenges. These NFTs will also be compatible with future Space Nation products, including the AI-driven game Space Nation: Orion and Project Hunger.
The minting process is designed to be user-friendly, with the mint date set for July 9th. The initial batch of NFTs is expected to be in high demand, with a mint price of 0.02 ETH.

Space Nation, supported by over 100 developers and a $40 million budget, aims to set new standards in web3 gaming. This collaboration with Immutable represents just the beginning of the innovative projects planned to boost player engagement and redefine the gaming experience.
