Southeast Asian Ride-Hailing App Grab Introduces NFT Payments and Blockchain Rewards
Grab, the popular ride-hailing superapp in Southeast Asia, has integrated web3 services into its platform. Users can now access features such as setting up a web3 wallet, earning blockchain-based rewards, and making payments with NFTs. Grab has also partnered with the Monetary Authority of Singapore to offer NFT vouchers for popular experiences in the city. These web3 services are currently available in Singapore, where Grab is conducting a pilot trial for digital assets and exploring new payment systems.
