The Vitalik Buterin themed NFT collection, Buterin Cards has become one of the top gas guzzlers in the past 24 hours on December 2.
According to Etherscan data, Buterin Cards is currently the second largest gas guzzler contract on Ethereum after Uniswap Router. It has processed more than 4,000 transactions with total gas of 318.63 ETH, approximately $668k, representing over 3% total gas in the past 24 hours.
Buterin Cards is an NFT (non-fungible token) collection that has 2,015 different NFTs on Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin. This collection is different as it stores image data on the Ethereum blockchain instead of metadata like typical NFTs.
